Dhaka, March 17 -- Md. Manjur Hossain Mahi, DU correspondent of Kaler Kantho, has been elected Dhaka University Journalists' Association's (DUJA) new President, while Liton Islam, university correspondent of Star News, as general secretary.

The Executive Committee Election-2026 of DUJA was held today in a peaceful and festive atmosphere. Voting began at 11:50 am and ended at 2:50 pm at the association's office located at the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) of Dhaka University.
