Dhaka, April 9 -- Lebanon's health ministry said at least 203 people have been killed and over 1,000 others injured in Israeli strikes across the country in the past 24 hours.

The development comes as Iran has described the continued Israeli attacks as a "grave violation" of the ongoing US-Iran ceasefire agreement.
