Benapole, Aug. 5 -- Export and import activities between Bangladesh and India through the Benapole Land Port remained suspended on Wednesday in observance of July Mass Uprising Day.

However, passenger movement through the port continues as usual, port Director Shamim Hossain said.

Trade operations through the port will resume on Thursday morning, he added.
