Dhaka, Sept. 27 -- Jahangirnagar University (JU) journalists have completed a three-day training programme on multimedia, artificial intelligence (AI) and fact-checking organised by the Press Institute Bangladesh (PIB).

The closing ceremony was held at 4:30pm on Sunday at the training room of the university's Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

The training began on September 25. On the final day, participants received training on the concept and importance of fact-checking, verification of information and images, video verification, cybersecurity and ethics in multimedia journalism.
