Dhaka, Oct. 25 -- An Iranian Foreign Ministry official on Sunday said Iran is fully united and at the highest level of alert against any potential US-Israeli attack, urging European nations to distance themselves from Washington and Tel Aviv.

Speaking to reporters, Foreign Ministry official Saeed Khatibzadeh said Europe has made a series of "wrong choices" in recent months and is now facing the "consequences of its own decisions."

He said European powers have been sidelined from major global issues due to their "misguided policies," adding that they must distance themselves from Israel's "crimes and repeated violations of international and humanitarian law."
