TEHRAN, Sept. 11 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi on Thursday discussed escalating tensions in separate phone talks with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and Pakistan's army chief Syed Asim Munir, said the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

The Iranian and Saudi foreign ministers pointed to escalating insecurity and tensions in the region, highlighting the necessity to continue cooperation and diplomatic efforts to prevent the escalation of tensions and restore stability and security.
