Dhaka, June 2 -- A fitness influencer who lost 15 kilograms in four months has shared five simple lifestyle habits she says were key to her weight-loss journey, emphasizing consistency and basic healthy practices over restrictive diets or extreme fitness routines.
In a post on Instagram, influencer Disha Maggu said that if she had to lose the weight again, she would focus on sustainable habits rather than chasing "fancy diets" or quick fixes.
One of her top recommendations is walking regularly and choosing stairs over elevators whenever possible. She described walking as an effective form of cardio that is often underestimated.
