Dhaka, March 25 -- A delegation of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems met Deputy Speaker Kayser Kamal to discuss about different parliamentary activities, including the use of Italian software to introduce e-parliament.

The three-member IFES delegation-Jhon Joseph Lis (US), Nanad Marinkovic (Serbian) and Maria Chowdhury-held the meeting with the Deputy Speaker at his office in the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.

During the meeting, they discussed different aspects of parliamentary activities, including launching fundamental research-based projects, parliamentary culture and practices and the use of Italian software for introducing an e-Parliament system.
