Dhaka, July 12 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Sunday said the government is giving the highest priority to nurturing the innovative and creative talents of the young generation, pledging necessary support to help them achieve excellence.

He made the remarks when a delegation of Bangladeshi students who won gold medals at international Olympiads called on him at the Prime Minister's Office in the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban at 5:30pm, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Press Wing.

The Prime Minister congratulated the delegation members, including the gold medal-winning students, and expressed pride in their achievements on the international stage.
