Dhaka, June 22 -- The government on Monday formed a five-member committee to recommend suitable candidates for appointment as commissioners of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The Cabinet Division issued a notification in this regard on Monday.

The committee will be headed by Justice Md. Rezaul Haque of the Appellate Division.

ACC begins process to bring back Benazir Ahmed from UAE

According to the notification, the committee has been constituted under Section 7 of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004 with the objective of recommending qualified individuals for appointment as ACC commissioners.
