, July 27 -- French Ambassador to Bangladesh Jean-Marc Sere-Charlet and Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Germany in Dhaka Anja Kersten met National Citizen Party (NCP) Convener and Opposition Chief Whip Nahid Islam on Monday.

The meeting held at the NCP's Banglamotor central office covered the post-election political landscape, the party's role in Parliament, key reform initiatives, and issues of mutual interest between Bangladesh and the European Union, according to a press release.
