, Aug. 21 -- Four people, including two Fire Service personnel, were injured when a fire ripped through six oil warehouses and two shops in Daulatkhan upazila of Bhola district on Thursday evening.

The injured were identified as Fire Service personnel Md Al Amin and Khalil, and locals Amjad and Tariqul Islam. They were later admitted to Daulatkhan Upazila Health Complex.

Daulatkhan Fire Service Station Officer Mokhlesur Rahman said the fire originated at an oil depot around 7:00pm and quickly spread to nearby warehouses and shops.

Two firefighting units rushed to the scene and brought the fire under control around 9:00pm, he said.
