Dhaka, Aug. 10 -- Minister for Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Ariful Haque Chowdhury has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic deaths of 16 Bangladeshi migrant workers in a devastating sofa factory fire in Saudi Arabia.
In a condolence message issued early Monday, the Minister described the 'untimely and tragic' deaths of the workers as 'heartbreaking.'
He highlighted their immense contribution to the national economy and extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family members.
