Dhaka, June 28 -- long Vitamin A Plus Campaign officially began in the areas under the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) on Sunday, with the city authorities aiming to administer Vitamin A capsules to nearly 6 lakh children by 4:00pm.

The campaign was inaugurated by DSCC Administrator Abdus Salam at Kakoli High School and College in the capital.

Under the National Vitamin A Plus Campaign, DSCC has set a target of providing Vitamin A capsules to 590,538 children across its jurisdiction.
