Dhaka, Oct. 1 -- Commerce Minister Khandakar Abdul Muktadir on Thursday stressed reducing administrative complexities and streamlining government services to make business operations and investment activities easier, faster and more efficient in Bangladesh.

The minister made the remarks at a meeting on business process simplification held at the conference room of the Ministry of Commerce at the Secretariat.

Officials from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) and Invest Bangladesh Authority (IBA) attended the meeting, chaired by the commerce minister. Commerce Secretary Md Ataur Rahman Khan was also present.
