, April 18 -- Classes and examinations at Mymensingh Medical College have been suspended following a clash reportedly between two factions of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) on the campus which left two students seriously injured.
The injured were identified as Md Muaz, a supporter of Tanvir Abdullah, convener of ollege unit JCD and Mir Hamidur, supporter of Nur-e-Jawad Rutap, JCD's senior joint convener. Both of them are third year students of the college.
Nazrul Islam, in-charge of Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital police camp, said Muaz visited Hamidur's room in the dormitory on Friday night where they locked into a heated argument over refueling a motorcycle, leading to a scuffle took.
