Dhaka, July 23 -- The Dhaka University unit of the Chittagong Hill Tracts Students' Forum (CHTSF), a traditional organisation representing students from the Chittagong Hill Tracts studying at the university, formed its new executive committee on Thursday.

According to a press release issued in the afternoon, Kamrul Hasan has been elected president, while KH Nowshad has been elected general secretary of the committee.

The 34-member committee also includes Abu Sayeed Ibu as senior vice-president, Abu Asif as vice-president and Sheikh Mahmudul Hasan Nakib as vice-president.
