Dhaka, Sept. 24 -- Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon on Thursday said Bangladesh can further strengthen its ties with China by drawing on its development experience, particularly in education, skills development, and emerging economic sectors.

"China's model is very important for Bangladesh's development in areas such as technical and vocational education and training (TVET), artificial intelligence (AI), industry-academia linkage, and the blue economy," he said.

The Minister made these remarks while addressing an event at East West University in the capital to mark 'Dhaka-China Day 2026'.
