China calls for de-escalation of Ukraine conflict
UNITED NATIONS, July 10 -- escalation of the Ukraine conflict, expressing deep concern over its intensifying military trajectory.
Speaking at the UN Security Council on Thursday, Sun Lei, China's deputy permanent representative to the UN, condemned attacks on civilians and infrastructure, noting that escalating military confrontations have caused immense suffering and hindered peace negotiations.
