, Oct. 31 -- A case has been filed in connection with the death of Bangladesh Air Force officer Tahsif Souri.

Father of Tahsif, KM Enayetul Karim filed the case with Uttarkhan Police Station Friday night, two days after the recovery of his body from the Turag river, said Uttarkhan thana Officer-in-Charge Habibur Rahman.

On Friday, Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) took into custody Ahmed Shahriar Reza Dwip, a junior friend of Tahsif for questioning over his death.

CCTV footage recorded before Tahsif's disappearance showed him with Dwip.
