Dhaka, May 23 -- Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Administrator Abdus Salam has expressed optimism that the capital will be transformed into a livable city within the next two years, urging collective civic responsibility and national unity to achieve the goal.
He made the remarks while speaking as chief guest at a seminar titled "Why Does Rain Cause Disruption in Dhaka?" organized by the Urban Development Journalists Forum at the SIDRAP building in the capital on Saturday.
