Dhaka, May 21 -- The Cabinet Division on Thursday said the implementation rate of decisions taken at Cabinet meetings stood at 70.73 percent as of April 30.

According to a Cabinet Division press release, seven Cabinet meetings were held between February 17 and April 30 after the BNP government assumed office.

The implementation progress report on decisions taken during the period was presented at the 8th Cabinet meeting on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Cabinet approved a proposal to ratify the Agreement on Transfer of Defence Equipment and Technology signed between the governments of Bangladesh and Japan.
