Natore, Oct. 20 -- At least 14 people including two members of a family were killed and around 30 others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a sand-laden truck at Sarkarpara in Baraigram upazila of Natore early Tuesday.

Police have so far confirmed the identities of 11 of the deceased including the drivers of the bus and the truck, said Natore Deputy Commissioner Shumoni Akter.

The deceased were identified as bus driver Sohel Rana, 40, son of Abdul Hakim of in Godagari upazila Rajshahi; Anwar Haque, 30, son of Babar Ali of Bagmara upazila of Rajshahi; truck driver Kalam, 50 of Jhenaidah; Salal Molla, 45, of Zajira upazila of Shariatpur; Md Shahin, 35, son of Razzak of Kazirhat in Zajira, Shariatpur; and Sohag, 30, son of Yu...
