Dhaka, Sept. 1 -- Twelve prominent Bangladeshi apparel and textile companies are participating in "Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris-2026," one of Europe's largest apparel fairs, which kicked off at the Le Bourget Exhibition Centre in Paris on Monday, according to a press release of Export Promotion Bureau (EPB).

A total of 24 representatives from the 12 Bangladeshi firms are showcasing their products at the three-day exhibition, running from August 31 to September 2. The participation is funded by the EPB and organized under the management of the Embassy of Bangladesh in Paris.

In addition, a business delegation led by EPB Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Hasan Arif is attending the event.
