Lalmonirhat, Aug. 11 -- All five students who appeared for this year's SSC examinations from AM Rath bari Girls' High School in Lalmonirhat's Kaliganj upazila have failed .

The school, which currently has 11 teachers for approximately 200 students, recorded a zero percent pass rate, according to the Upazila Secondary Education Office.

Local residents established the institution in Madati Union in 1999 to promote female education. It was upgraded to a high school in 2011, and while its junior secondary section was included under the Monthly Pay Order (MPO) scheme in 2023, the high school section remains non-MPO [Conversation History].
