Dhaka, March 14 -- Ten women were honoured for their significant contributions to Bangladesh's aviation and tourism sectors at the ATJFB Women's Icon Award 2026, organised by the Aviation and Tourism Journalists Forum of Bangladesh.

The ceremony, the third edition of the awards, was held on Saturday at the All Community Club in Dhaka.

Civil Aviation and Tourism State Minister M. Rashiduzzaman Millat handed over the awards to the winners.

In the pilot category, Air Astra's First Officer Sajidina Sultana Soni was recognised.

Farzana Yasmin, head of cabin service at Novoair, received the award in the cabin crew category.
