Dhaka, April 15 -- Police have arrested an alleged mugger, who used to snatch belongings, including mobile phones and wallets, of passengers and drivers of moving vehicles at Jatrabari in the capital.

The arrestee was identified as Md Aminul Islam, 24. Further details were not available immediately.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of police from Jatrabari Police Station conducted a drive in the area around 7:30pm on Wednesday, using information technology, and arrested Aminul, according to police.
