- Franchise Agreement: Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Green Rock LLC signed to open Hyatt Regency Dilijan.

- Location: Dilijan, ~1.5 hours from Yerevan and ~3.5 hours from Tbilisi, with a rooftop helipad for enhanced access.
