India, March 21 -- Millions of outdoor enthusiasts visit national parks each year. And for those seeking something off the beaten path, there are plenty of lesser-visited options to explore.

Alaska's Kobuk Valley National Park was the least-visited national park in the United States last year, according to data from the National Park Service. The park saw fewer than 7,700 visitors in 2025, accounting for just .01 percent of all national park visitors.
