India, April 14 -- I've always aimed to travel carry-on-only, but as suitcase sizes seem to get smaller and my packing habits a little more relaxed, fitting everything started to feel increasingly difficult. After too many trips of overpacking and under-wearing, I introduced a simple system that's since cut my amount of clothing I bring in half.
The hack is straightforward: Every item I pack has to work in at least three different ways (also known as the 3-3-3 packing method), whether styled across multiple outfits or dressed up and down for different occasions. While it may sound minimal, packing just three tops, three bottoms, and three pairs of shoes, when all mixed and matched, can create up to 27 different travel outfit combination...
