India, Aug. 1 -- On July 31, 2025, a powerful rainstorm wreaked havoc on the East Coast of the United States, derailing transport systems, flooding streets, and leaving many residents stranded. In Queens, the floodwaters submerged vehicles, including a large tractor-trailer.
