India, Aug. 24 -- Physical boarding passes, which have been an integral part of international travel, will soon loose its weight at Indian airports. There are new changes being introduced in the immigration clearance process. Starting September 1, 2026, boarding pass stamping will no longer be required at Indian airports for international travellers. The new procedure aims to simplify airport formalities, reduce waiting time and make the immigration process quicker and more convenient, offering passengers a smoother, hassle-free travel experience.
