India, Aug. 12 -- Kuwait will be granting 'visa on arrival' to residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including foreign expatriates with a valid 6-month residency permit. The new rule repeals the 2008 regulation on foreign nationals from Gulf states entering Kuwait.
