India, Sept. 25 -- The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) and India's Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) have agreed to more than double the number of weekly airline seats permitted between the two countries. The India-Vietnam air capacity deal raised the seat cap from 8,000 to 16,800 with immediate effect. However, this does not mean more flights have already been added.
