India, Sept. 25 -- Waaree Energies has made a strategic move that deviates from traditional solar industry conventions. Its clean-energy subsidiary is stepping into a corner of India's manufacturing supply chain that has almost nothing to do with panels or cells, chasing a shortage that's been quietly holding back one of the country's most closely watched industrial pushes. There's no capex figure attached yet, no revenue target either, just a plant location and a clear sense of where the group thinks demand is heading next.
