India, Sept. 27 -- The company is in the middle of a major transition following its acquisition of Imperial Blue. The strategy is no longer just about growing its existing Mansion House franchise. It is about using Imperial Blue's national distribution network to build a broader premium and luxury spirits portfolio while improving the economics of the acquired business. More than 90% of Imperial Blue operations have already moved under Tilaknagar's own operations.
