India, Oct. 28 -- The IPO is a 100% book-built mainboard offer of Rs. 667.53 crore. It combines a Rs. 150 crore fresh issue with an offer for sale of about 1.57 crore shares worth Rs. 517.53 crore. The price band is Rs. 313 to Rs. 330, with a face value of Rs. 2. Retail investors must bid for at least 45 shares, or Rs. 14,850 at the upper band. The OFS is about 78% of the issue, so only the fresh issue adds to the balance sheet. It will repay debt (Rs. 42.2 crore) and fund working capital (Rs. 74.9 crore).
