Sandhar Technologies: Is the Auto Ancillary Company Overleveraging to Fund Future Growth?
India, Sept. 8 -- The business is trying to become a broader auto-component supplier rather than remain concentrated in its established products. Sandhar now operates across locking systems, sheet metal, aluminum castings, cabins, fabrication, electronics, and EV-related solutions, with 34 plants in India, four overseas facilities, and six joint venture plants.
Sandhar Technologies is trading at around Rs628, with a market capitalization of roughly Rs3,780 crore. Its 52-week range is Rs424 - Rs764, while the trailing P/E is around 18x. The stock is therefore well below its recent high, even though the underlying business is still posting double-digit revenue growth.
