India, July 30 -- Stock price moves rarely happen without a business story behind them, and this one has plenty to look at. A company once known mainly for textile chemicals has spent the last few quarters transforming into a global specialty chemicals business, with a fast-growing oil and gas arm now doing the heavy lifting. Here's what's changed.

Shares of Fineotex Chemical Limited, with a market capitalization of around Rs.4,406 crore, closed at Rs.37.73, down nearly 4.12% from the previous close of Rs.39.35. It currently trades at a P/E ratio of 30.92.
