India, March 10 -- The shares of prominent real estate developers gained up to 15 percent in today's trading session after Pirojsha Adi Godrej bought 8.2 lakh shares in the company via a block deal. With a market capitalisation of Rs 2,603.41 crore, the shares of Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd were trading at Rs 567.60 per share, increasing around 14.03 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 500.90 apiece.
