India, Sept. 9 -- India's power generators have increasingly been outsourcing the day-to-day running of their plants to specialised operations and maintenance contractors rather than keeping large in-house teams, particularly as thermal capacity additions accelerate and private players look to keep their own balance sheets asset-light on the services side.
