India, Nov. 2 -- Despite double digit revenues, Indigo Paints saw its shares fall sharply after its Q2 FY27 results. The latest set of results show that the company is seeing increasing pressure to its bottom line, with increased raw material costs, poor product mix and high advertising costs.

While the company expects margins to rebound in the second half, there are questions to be asked about how they will maintain their margins with continued growth.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 4,185.44 crore, the shares of Indigo Paints Ltd were trading at Rs. 876.85 per share, down 12.15 percent from its previous closing price of Rs. 998.10 apiece. The stock trades at a P/E of 27.7x on a consolidated basis.
