India, Sept. 17 -- Indian small and medium-sized industrial/commercial users have been moving towards captive solar PV projects to secure lower rates away from increasing electricity tariffs, and this has meant a steady inflow of small EPC deals, not some occasional megaproject. As far as niche solar EPC outfits that specialize in carrying out such projects are concerned, their story is usually not about winning a project but the pace at which smaller ones continue to come in.
