India, July 7 -- The acquisition of the 4.95 acre plot was made at an auction organised by the Noida Authority with Godrej Properties becoming part of the Noida family. The land bought for Rs331.75 crore will be a premium residential project with an estimated revenue of Rs2,000 crore.
