India, Oct. 8 -- Within 24 hours this week, India's satellite internet story went from a company saying it was ready to a billionaire alleging sabotage to a ministry calling that allegation baseless. What did not change is the central fact: Starlink has a licence and equipment in the country, but it has no permission to sell service.
