India, Sept. 16 -- The IT services industry has spent the last two years selling AI capability into every vertical it serves. But a quieter shift is now underway: many of those AI pilots inside client organisations never make it past isolated proof-of-concepts, because connecting intelligence across engineering, operations, and decision-making functions turns out to be far harder than building a single AI feature. Coforge, positioning itself as an "AI-native" engineering services player, is now explicitly targeting this exact gap within its own core client base, Hi-Tech companies that already know how to build AI but are struggling to operationalise it.
