Bengaluru, Aug. 11 -- Stocks don't hit their upper circuit for no reason. Usually there's a trigger, and today's trigger is pretty clear. A company from the acids and industrial chemicals space just landed a fresh order, and its June quarter numbers came in well ahead of where they were a year back. Here's what's going on.

A-1 Limited hit its 5% upper circuit today, touching Rs 5.27, up Rs 0.25 from the previous close of Rs 5.02. The stock's market cap now stands at around Rs 242.42 crore. On a consolidated basis, the stock trades at a PE of 28.32.
