India, Oct. 7 -- Raymond Lifestyle's garmenting business has emerged as one of its strongest growth areas, supported by rising orders, new international customers and better factory utilisation. The key question now is whether this rapid growth can translate into consistently higher margins.

Garmenting Becomes a Major Growth Driver In Q1 FY27, Raymond Lifestyle's garmenting revenue increased 50% year-on-year to Rs296 crore, compared with Rs197 crore in the same quarter a year earlier.

The performance was considerably stronger than several of the company's other businesses. Branded Apparel grew 4% to Rs349 crore, while Branded Textiles declined 2% to Rs684 crore.
