Brahmaputra Infrastructure in focus after securing Rs89.73 Crore bridge project in Punjab
India, Oct. 9 -- Bridges are among the most important and least glamorous parts of infrastructure, cutting travel times and opening up places that are hard to reach in the rains. Most are paid for by governments and built by contractors who need strong engineering teams and the stamina to work on long, technical projects. Companies that can handle large structures usually win repeat work from state agencies.
Shares of Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. were trading at Rs. 142.23, up 1.24% from previous close of Rs. 140.49. The stock opened at Rs. 143.23 and reached an intraday high of Rs. 149.90 and low of Rs. 139.21. The company currently has a market capitalization of Rs. 421 crores.
