India, Sept. 1 -- The Rs665.61-crore project is part of Corridor-2, also known as the Mallige Line, of the Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project. Adani Group-backed Cemindia Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder for the package, which includes a 7.8-km elevated viaduct, a 1.2-km double-decker rail-cum-road flyover and a double-decker station at Mathikere. The contract is yet to be formally awarded and will have a 24-month construction period once awarded.
